Originally from coastal Massachusetts, I’ve transplanted myself in the mountains of Colorado. I’m still waiting for my lungs to adapt to the altitude…
Photography inspires me to get out and get moving. I am night owl and set my alarm at least 45 minutes early so I can repeatedly hit the snooze button on work days. But on days off, knowing the light is about to break I’ve been able to get it down to just 1 snooze!
The adventures and photographic opportunities available in the southwest are endless! Within a few hours in any direction are mountains, deserts and canyons with my choice of weather year round. The only thing missing is the ocean, which I do try to visit at least yearly.
I’m in the medical field full time. But in my free time, in addition to photography, I enjoy ice hockey, crossfit, jewelry making, music, reading, time with my family (including dog and cats), biking (road and mountain) and researching my next adventure.
